Here is how it turned out:
Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple. (quote by Dr. Seuss)
(I made it as a birthday present for a friend)
I really like how it looks.
This is my first time doing a tutorial so just stick with me here.
Here is what you need:
- Plain coloured paper
- Scissors
- tape
- Either patterned or scrap magazine paper (I did a mix of both)
- Pencil or pen
- The first thing you do is decide what quote you want to do for this project
- Get all the items above that you need all together in front of you because you will be using those items constantly
- The grab either the patterned or the scrap magazine paper and trace out letter by letter
- Then you cut out the letters
- Then you stick (using the tape) the letters that you just cut out to the plain coloured paper and place them way you want it (I used white coloured paper for the backround, but any other plain coloured paper would be good)
- Then cut around the plain colored paper leaving a bit showing like this--->
- So If you have done all these steps, you are all done! Yay!
- You could put them on your wall
- use them in scrapbooking or making cards
- or you could do something like what I did
