A very busy Easter

I have been really busy during the whole Easter weekend, and I apologize for not blogging sooner.
My Easter was really good, I got to see a lot of family so that was really nice. On Friday my family and I went on a cross walk along with a couple other churches, I would say there was about 50 of us. When that ended we went home and had about a half and hour before we had to leave for another service at another church, and it was great!
 
I went to my Baba and Gido's (My Ukrainian grandparents) farm on Saturday and saw most of my family on my Dad's side. And then on Sunday (I woke up really early) to help my Mom get ready with cooking, getting all the last minute things ready, decorating, and tidying up. As soon as everything looked decent enough, and most of the food was ready and in the oven I ran downstairs to my room to get ready for church I had a skirt picked out that I wanted to wear but when I tried it on I didn't want to wear it anymore, so I frantically looked through my closet and found THE perfect skirt and I decided it was what I was gonna wear, minutes later my older sister "Rachel" came down and told me to wear purple because that is what Julia and her were wearing but the skirt I wanted to wear was pink and brown and perfect, so I said no. As I was looking through my closet trying to find a shirt to match I then realized, I HAD NO SHIRTS THAT MATCHED MY SKIRT! So again FRANTICALLY  looking through my closet I found a "purple dress" that could be a possible choice, so when it came down to it I ended up wearing the purple dress, so I guess my sisters and I all wearing purple was made to be.
After church my Auntie and cousin and 2 people from our church came over for lunch and it was just a really nice afternoon:).
                                                  Julia (my little sister) and I ended up going with my Auntie and Cousin to their farm for a couple days, we went quadding a lot and that was very fun, they also have like 10 dogs so it was cool playing with them and stuff. Hellooo Everyone, before I write how I started blogging, I thought I would tell you some things about me.

My name is Mikayla I am a 14 year old Christian teenage girl. I live in a small town in Canada in a nice house with a family of 6.  I have 3 sisters ( I am the second youngest).
I have no brothers but I have always wanted one:) I love burgers and I have been wanting one for a couple weeks and I am determined to eat one in the near future.

So here is how blogging and I started:


It all started two weeks ago when some friends of mine who I don't see very often, came over for the afternoon along with their two little sisters (who are SO cute).  Anyways, these two friends of mine both have a blog and they seem to really love it. We sat around for quite a little while talking about it ( like about everything!) from putting pics on to expressing yourself through blogging to designing your blog:) And to be truthful I was like on blogging overload!

I decided then and there that I was gonna make a blog. I went right then to ask my mom about it.  She said we would talk about later and handed me a box of Double Stuffed Oreos ( Yay!!).  I took them to the basement where everyone was- that box of Oreos disappeared quite fast:) Of course there was a couple left. So of course we had to have a small... I don't know whether to call it a food fight or a cookie fight? Either way t was quite fun:) After it all settled down I went and got my camera from my room which I just got a couple days before to show them (showing my camera eventually turned into a photoshoot, with 6 girls all crammed on a tiny couch free styling poses. I am hoping to put the pictures from the photo shoot on my blog in the near future:)
                    Now what exactly is my blog about?
  What I want my blog to be about is quite RaNdOm. Here are some things I really want to  focus on in my blog:
- Rocking this world for God:)
- Being yourself

While writing about my life in the process;) tricky, eh.
